Healthy Egg Bites For Breakfast Sandwiches

A healthy egg bite that is delicious eaten on it’s own or served on an English muffin as a breakfast sandwich.

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170.0ºF / 76.7ºC.
  2. Divide sautéed vegetables/bacon/ham etc between 12 wide mouth 250ml jars that have been lightly sprayed with canola oil
  3. Mix together eggs, whites, cottage cheese and seasonings with hand blender until smooth and divide (approx 1/4c) between prepared jars.
  4. Screw on lids and cook 6 jars at a time or as many as you have room for.

  1. Egg bites may be frozen in jars or kept in fridge and reheated (microwave) and served on a toasted English muffin. A quick, healthy and delicious way to start your day!
