Delicious Copycat recipe for Starbucks sous vide egg bites.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 12 oz cottage cheese
- 1 TBSP nutritional yeast
- 1 TSP salt
- 6 TBSP mix ins
- Butter for greasing jars
- 6 4oz mason jars
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 170ºF / 76.7ºC
- Add eggs, cheese, yeast, and salt to a blender and mix until smooth
- Grease your jars, and add about a tablespoon of whatever cheese, meat, or vegetable you wish
- Pour the egg mixture on top, seal the jars, and cook them for an hour.
