Easy Sous Vide Chicken Breast
Simple and easy to make skinless/boneless chicken breast dinner.

Ingredients
- Chicken Breast (Approx 300g)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried rosemary
- Garlic (1 clove minced)
- Olive Oil (1 TBSP)
- Salad (optional)
- Fries (optional)
Directions
- Pre-heat the water to 66 degree C
- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and oil.
- Put the chicken in a sealable bag and remove the air before sealing it.
- Once the water reaches the right temperature, place the sealed bag into the water and wait for it to cook!
- Once the timer is up, remove the bag from the pot.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 2 mins and you're ready to serve if you like. Otherwise you can finish it on the stove top or grill.
Finishing Steps
- I finished it on the stove top on a skillet. Put a bit of oil and heat it up.
- Sear the chicken on both sides till you get some seared marks. About 1 minute for each side.
- Remove from the skillet and let rest for at least 1 to 2 minutes before serving/cutting.
- Add in your sides and you're ready to serve the meal!
