  1. Pre-heat the water to 66 degree C
  2. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and oil.
  3. Put the chicken in a sealable bag and remove the air before sealing it.
  4. Once the water reaches the right temperature, place the sealed bag into the water and wait for it to cook!
  5. Once the timer is up, remove the bag from the pot.
  6. Remove the chicken and let it rest for 2 mins and you're ready to serve if you like. Otherwise you can finish it on the stove top or grill.

Finishing Steps

  1. I finished it on the stove top on a skillet. Put a bit of oil and heat it up.
  2. Sear the chicken on both sides till you get some seared marks. About 1 minute for each side.
  3. Remove from the skillet and let rest for at least 1 to 2 minutes before serving/cutting.
  4. Add in your sides and you're ready to serve the meal!
