Easy Roast Beef with Eye Round
Supper easy 3 ingredient roast beef perfect for any sandwich. Dipping sauce is fabulous for a French dip.

Ingredients
- Eye of round
- 1 can Beef Consume
- 1 T Montreal steak seasoning (or more if you are fine with the salt)
Directions
- Clean off all fat and silver skin of beef. Sear meat on all sides in pan.
- Deglaze with beef consume.
- Add seasoning to liquid. Stir, letting salt dissolve.
- Put it all in the bag, seal, cook.
Finishing Steps
- Let rest till cool then slice.
- For French dip. Heat meat in cooking liquid. Put on French roll with Swiss cheese. Use cooking liquid for dipping sauce.
