  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
  2. Sweetened Condensed Milk in a Ziplock bag.
  3. Let it sit in the water bath for 12 Hours. * 14 Hours for a thicker and better texture.
  4. Drop into an ice bath
  5. Sterilize the jars
  6. Cut the corner of the Ziplock bag and fill up the jar.
  7. Store in the refrigerator.
