- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk in a Ziplock bag.
- Let it sit in the water bath for 12 Hours.
* 14 Hours for a thicker and better texture.
- Drop into an ice bath
- Sterilize the jars
- Cut the corner of the Ziplock bag and fill up the jar.
- Store in the refrigerator.
