Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Course Sea Salt
- 4 leaves of fresh Basil
- 1/2 bundle Grated cilantro Stems
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 Tablespoon Course Pepper
- 3 leaves of fresh basil sliced thinly
- 1 Frozen Cornish Hen
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167ºF / 75.0ºC
- Combine all ingredients and put into bag
