  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155ºF / 68.3ºC
  2. Add olive oil, thyme, and salt to duck. Place in bag.
  3. Sous vide for 24 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Pre heat oven to 450°F / 230°C. When duck leg is finished cooking, place in oven to brown for 3 minutes.
