Ingredients
- 1/2
- Montreal Steak Seasoning, liberally.
- Cajun Seasoning or Cayenne powder to taste
- Drizzle with Olive Oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC
- Bag your slice(s) of prepared/seasoned beef in a sealed bag containing little to zero air.
- Drop it in the cook water.
- Set cooker to 129°; 60-90min. and Start.
- It will preheat and start the timer when up to temp.
- Remove when done.
- Lay cooked meat flat on a paper towel and pat dry, both sides.
Grill marks finishing
- Finish on a stovetop grill-pan, or cast iron, or preheated BBQ, 30-45 seconds per side.
- Serve.
