- Using eggs at room temperature, cook for the allotted time. Cold eggs are likely to crack in the hot water and the timings will not produce the desired results.
Finishing Steps
- Plunge into very cold water for 30 seconds to stop the cooking. Open the eggs to inspect wibblyness. If any more cooking is required, simply replace the lid for a short time.
