Diet-friendly Chicken Lemon Bomb
This recipe is terrific for a low calories meal without sacrificing the taste. The sumac, along with the lemon and the ancho, gives a fresh but round taste. The calories are about 120 kcal per 100gr/0,22lb.

Ingredients
- 600gr/1.3lb chicken breast
- 1tsp sumac
- 1tsp dried origan
- 1tsp maldon salt
- 1 lemon zest
- 1/2tsp pepper
- 1/2tsp ancho
- 1/2tsp coriander seeds
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1tbsp extravirgin olive oil
Directions
- Place all the spices in a mortar/blender and grind it, add the olive oil and the lemon juice and stir it.
- Rub the mixture on the chicken, put it in a bag and vacuum seal it, let it rest for 1/2 hour in the fridge.
- Set your Anova at 60C°, place the bag and let it cook for 1 hour and a half.
