  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 205ºF / 96.1ºC
  2. Place product in sealed bag (vacuum seal ideal)
  3. Ensure bag fully immersed in water for entire cook. (ping pong ball technique)

Multiple Methods

  1. Remove product from bag. Herbs are now fully decarboxylized and ready for ingestion.
  2. Infuse into oils, alcohol or butter.
  3. Sprinkle, garnish or add to cooking, salads, shakes, etc.
