		- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 205ºF / 96.1ºC
- Place product in sealed bag (vacuum seal ideal)
- Ensure bag fully immersed in water for entire cook. (ping pong ball technique)
Multiple Methods
				- Remove product from bag. Herbs are now fully decarboxylized and ready for ingestion.
- Infuse into oils, alcohol or butter.
- Sprinkle, garnish or add to cooking, salads, shakes, etc.
