dale’s seasoning Skirt Steak

Relatively inexpensive piece of beef that tenderizes well by Sous Vide. Marinated 1 hour in Dale’s Steak Seasoning (popular in the south), although I’m sure your favorite marinade will work fine too.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Marinate 1 hour or more with Dale’s
  2. Remove from marinade and discard.
  3. Rub steak with olive oil.
  4. Rub in Salt and Pepper
  5. Place in air tight bag. • Pro Tip: Vacuum Seal

Finishing Steps

  1. Sear on the grill.
  2. Sprinkle more salt and pepper.
  3. Enjoy!
