dale’s seasoning Skirt Steak
Relatively inexpensive piece of beef that tenderizes well by Sous Vide. Marinated 1 hour in Dale’s Steak Seasoning (popular in the south), although I’m sure your favorite marinade will work fine too.

Ingredients
- Dale’s Steak Seasoning (or your favorite)
- Olive Oil
- Himalayan Pink Salt (or Sea or Kosher)
- Ground Black Peppercorns
Directions
- Marinate 1 hour or more with Dale’s
- Remove from marinade and discard.
- Rub steak with olive oil.
- Rub in Salt and Pepper
- Place in air tight bag.

Finishing Steps
- Sear on the grill.
- Sprinkle more salt and pepper.
