Ingredients
- 1 ts salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- Butter if wanted
- 1 kg beef loin
Directions
- Trim the loin and rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Add 4 clicks of butter for extra flavor.
Vacuum and store cold for 24 hours.
Sous Vide 57 degrees for 9 hours( less if more rear).
Finishing Steps
- Finnish of in a hot frying pan, on a grill or with a sous vide gun. Use a Sage smoking gun if you want smoke flavour.
- Cut in 5 mm slices and serve
