Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Blend all of the ingredients together, then put them in a zip-lock bag.
Finishing Steps
- Massage the bag to insure it’s smooth and then plunge it into an ice bath to stop the cooking.
- Serve or store in the fridge with plastic wrap on the surface to avoid a skin.
