- 1 C Heavy Cream
- 8-12 tbsp Butter
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC
- Wash, peel, and cut potatoes
- Add all ingredients to bag.
- Set into Sous Vide for 40 mins
- Mash
