Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. Carrots
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions
- Peel and cut carrots down to 1 inch
- Rinse carrots
- Add the margarine, sugar, and salt
- Place in vacuumed sealed bag or freezer safe zip lock bags
Finishing Steps
- (Optional) Sear as desired
- Add a pinch of nutmeg and more salt as needed
