  1. Peel and cut carrots down to 1 inch
  2. Rinse carrots
  3. Add the margarine, sugar, and salt
  4. Place in vacuumed sealed bag or freezer safe zip lock bags

  2. Add a pinch of nutmeg and more salt as needed
