  2. Add spices into bowl
  3. Mixed spices into potatoes
  4. Place ingredients in vacuum sealed bag or Ziploc bag
  5. Place in sous vide bath at 183°F for one hour
  6. Finish by Searing potatoes in skillet medium high temp with olive oil and butter
