Ingredients

• 4 - 5 medium potatoes cut into cubes
• Tablespoon garlic salt
• Half tablespoon black pepper
• Half tablespoon Italian seasoning
• Half tablespoon paprika

Directions

1. Cube potatoes place in bowl
2. Add spices into bowl
3. Mixed spices into potatoes
4. Place ingredients in vacuum sealed bag or Ziploc bag
5. Place in sous vide bath at 183°F for one hour
6. Finish by Searing potatoes in skillet medium high temp with olive oil and butter
