Ingredients
- You need a special pork sausage called Cotechino (500 gr)
Directions
- No seasoning or condiments are needed here, just place your Cotechino sous vide and cook for 16h @ 75°C. If your cotechino comes precooked, 5h are sufficient, to take all the jelly off.
Finishing Steps
- Discharge the liquids, peel the skin off, slice and serve. Enjoy!
