Ingredients

• 1/2 cup beef stock
• 3-4lb point cut corned beef

Directions

1. Season corned beef with flavor packet, add beef stock, vacuum and seal
2. Add to Anova, clip to the metal rack. Set timer for 9 hours and enjoy!

1. Cut open bag, save packet juices to cook vegetables, enjoy!
