  1. Mix Mustard and Worcestershire sauce
  2. Rub sauce mix over corned beef, ensuring you cover entirely
  3. Combine seasonings, ensuring to mix thoroughly
  4. Spread seasoning evenly over corned beef, fully covering. Seasoning can be adjusted per taste, adding or removing as you’d like.
  5. Insert seasoned meat to vacuum bag
  6. Seal vacuum bag
  7. Insert bag into water bath, set to 137.5 degrees Fahrenheit for 48 hours.
  8. Remove from water bath, drain excess liquid, and pay roast dry
  9. Using either pan sear or torch, sear meat generously
  10. Slice, and serve
