Ingredients
- Five pound Corned Beef
- 1/4 cup Mustard
- 2 TBSP Worcester Sauce
- 3 TBSP roasted chili powder
- 1 TSP Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 TBSP Paprika
Directions
- Mix Mustard and Worcestershire sauce
- Rub sauce mix over corned beef, ensuring you cover entirely
- Combine seasonings, ensuring to mix thoroughly
- Spread seasoning evenly over corned beef, fully covering. Seasoning can be adjusted per taste, adding or removing as you’d like.
- Insert seasoned meat to vacuum bag
- Seal vacuum bag
- Insert bag into water bath, set to 137.5 degrees Fahrenheit for 48 hours.
- Remove from water bath, drain excess liquid, and pay roast dry
- Using either pan sear or torch, sear meat generously
- Slice, and serve
