Ingredients
- Corned Beef pre brined
- Seasoning packet
- Half cube of butter cubed
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Heat up outdoor grill and sear both sides to get nice cross hatch grill marks
- Pat dry corned beef let dry for about 10 minutes before grilling
- Let rest 10-15 minutes
Slice across the grain
