Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
- Spice the brisket and vac seal.
- Put in Sous Vide container.
- Cook for 30 hours.
Torch Scorch
- Let brisket sit 30 minutes
- Rub with mayo
- Torch all sides until golden brown.
