  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
  2. Spice the brisket and vac seal.
  3. Put in Sous Vide container.
  4. Cook for 30 hours.

Torch Scorch

  1. Let brisket sit 30 minutes
  2. Rub with mayo
  3. Torch all sides until golden brown.
