Tender and perfectly spiced beef brisket. Serve with side of cabbage and red potatoes cooked in the juices from the brisket. If your brisket weighs over 7lb, please add 2 hrs.

  1. Trim fat layer. Rub spice packet on fat side.
  2. Add 1 cup beef broth to bag (frozen broth if using vacuum sealer).
  3. Cook at 180°F for 10 hrs & 30 mins. Keep an eye on your water levels.
  4. Cool, broiler (optional) and slice thin!

Finishing Steps

  1. Optional - Cool and finish in broiler for 5 minutes (2.5 mins per side)
