- 6 colossal shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 juicy lemon
- Cocktail sauce
- Horseradish
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
- Place shrimp single 1/3 lemon cut into wedges. Layer and seal in bag.
- Place bag in water and cook for 3 minutes
- Immediately drain onto distilled ice. Cover with 1 pound of distilled ice 10 minutes
