  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
  2. Fill mason jars with 1/3 cup of coffee plus a tablespoon and 3 cups of water. Tighten lid and place in bath.
  3. Steep at 150 for 2 hours

Filter Coffee

  1. Filter coffee using a standard drip setup. Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days
