- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
- Grind a half cup of coffee and pour in 32 ounce mason jar
- Fill the rest of jar with water. Stir, put lid on tight, shake.
- Cook for two hours
- Strain coffee grounds and chill! Good in fridge for up to 2 weeks!
