Coffee Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
I used half a pork tenderloin, you could use the whole thing. 148 was moist but a tad tough for me. Try 144 if you want it more tender

Ingredients
- Trader Joe’s coffee rub
- Pork tenderloin (1lb)
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 148ºF / 64.4ºC
- Apply seasoning
- Bag it (vacuum or ziplock)
- Place in water for 90mins

- Thoroughly dry with paper towels
- Sear over high heat for 30 secs per side (2 mins total)
- Slice and enjoy
