I used half a pork tenderloin, you could use the whole thing. 148 was moist but a tad tough for me. Try 144 if you want it more tender

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 148ºF / 64.4ºC
  2. Apply seasoning
  3. Bag it (vacuum or ziplock)
  4. Place in water for 90mins

  2. Thoroughly dry with paper towels
  3. Sear over high heat for 30 secs per side (2 mins total)
  4. Slice and enjoy
