- 3 lg Cod Fillets (1.5 inch)
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- Season mix
- 1 TSP Butter sliced into 3
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160ºF / 71.1ºC
- Place 3 fillets in same bag or separate depending on size
- I used 1 beg - air tight
- Set Anova for 160 degrees for 40 min
