Set temperature for 140 at a time of 1 minutes to clear hard water deposits 4. This will keep your Sous Vide looking like new. 5. The weight of the water/vinegar will keep it from tilting over. 6. Fill to the fill mark of the Mason jar to keep from over flowing.
