- RibEye steak 450 - 500g
- Plenty of salt
- Plenty of black pepper
- Plenty of garlick flakes
Directions
- Season steak with salt, pepper an garlic.
Vacuum seal steak and leave in the refrigerator over night.
Coock at 129 degrees for 2h 30m.
Finishing Steps
- Grill on very high heat or use high heat gun to get the crust.
