Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- . Marinade: Peeled orange, plus 1 cup oj 1 tsp dry cilantro
- 3 tbps wine vinegar, 1 tsp salt and pepper
- Onion, 1 tsp garlic granules,
- Juice of lime and lemon, 1 pablono pepper
Directions
- Blend marinade, put in freezer bag or chamber vac. let refrig for 8 hours. Sous vide 167f 3 hours.
- Remove pat dry
Finishing Steps
- Finish in grill or broiler
