  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
  2. Put Roast in Vacuum Sealed bag. And Used ANOVA SOUS VIDE COOKER @ 134.0 for 24 hrs
  3. This is before putting in Sealer bag. To SV @ 134 for 24 hrs.
  4. This is after taking Roast out. Lightly Seared. Then Sprinkle Flake Salt On Top. Slice and Enjoy. Slice Thin & it’s like Sliced Roast Beef. ✅ I Cook this once a week. We ♥️ it. PSW
