Ingredients
- 450 gm chuck steak
- 1/2 black garlic clove
- Butter
Directions
- Place chuck steak into bag, with 1/2 a black garlic clove, thinly sliced and a pad of butter
- Place in sous vide and cook for 18 hrs
Finishing Steps
- Remove steak from bag, then pat dry.
- Caramelise steak in hot pan or with torch to liking
- Pour juices from bag into pan and reduce whilst allowing steak to rest.
- When reduced, add a little cream to make sauce
- Pour over steak and enjoy
