Ingredients
- 4lb chuck steak
- 4 tsp kosher salt
- 4 tsp coarse pepper
- 4 bay leaves
- 5 chopped garlic cloves
- Olive oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
- After salt and pepper, place meat into bag. Add bay leaves and garlic and seal according to instructions.
- Place into water and then enjoy the rest of you day.
- Take out the meat and dry off as much as possible with paper towel
- Place into a very hot cast iron skillet and place a bacon press on top. Sear for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- Use tongs and sear the sides as best you can
- Place on the cutting board to enjoy
