Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs chuck roast
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon southern flavor charbroil seasoning
Directions
- Combine seasonings and cover roast in seasoning
- Vacuum seal roast covered in seasoning
- Place in sous vide at 135 degrees for 24-30 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Remove from sous vide and vacuum bag
- Sear in pan for 2-3 mins per side or on grill at high temperature 2-3 mins per side.
- After searing let rest for 5 mins covered in foil
- Slice and serve.
