  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
  2. Trim and truss roast
  3. Butter roast and cover with salt pepper and dry herbs
  4. Sear roast over wood fired bbq
  5. Seal roast in heavy ziplock with fresh rosemary and butter
  6. Set Anova 132* 24hr
  7. Remove rest and carve
