- Chuck Roast
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
- Trim and truss roast
- Butter roast and cover with salt pepper and dry herbs
- Sear roast over wood fired bbq
- Seal roast in heavy ziplock with fresh rosemary and butter
- Set Anova 132* 24hr
- Remove rest and carve
