  1. Liberally season all sides of the roast with lawrys coarse ground garlic salt and bag it and seal it.
  2. Sous vide at 132 for 24 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Sear as you prefer. I did a torch sear with a light coat of mayo.
  2. Slice and enjoy.
