Ingredients
- 2-3 pound chuck roast
- Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt
Directions
- Liberally season all sides of the roast with lawrys coarse ground garlic salt and bag it and seal it.
- Sous vide at 132 for 24 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Sear as you prefer. I did a torch sear with a light coat of mayo.
- Slice and enjoy.
