- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Onion Powder
- Thyme
Directions
- Rinse roast and season to liking.
- Vacuum seal and sous vide at 136°F for 3.5 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Sear meat on each side in hot skillet with olive oil, 1-2 mins per side.
Let rest 10 mins before serving.
