Ingredients
- Chicken wings
- Salt
- Oil (for frying)
- Buffalo dry rub (seasoning or sauce of choice)
Directions
- Salt wings then vacuum seal and souve for 2 hours at 160 degrees Fahrenheit
- Remove wings from bags and place on a cooling rack on a baking sheet. Pat to dry with paper towels. Place in fridge overnight or for 8-48 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Heat oil to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook wings for 1-3 minutes or until crispy. Place in bowl and toss with buffalo dry rub. Serve!
