Chicken Reloude
Reloude chicken breast with cheese & spinach. I use with the skin still intact. This is to make it remain moist even when after searing it.

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breast
- Spinach
- Mozzarella cheese
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Cut half the breast.
- Smash chicken breast
- Roll & wrap the breast with salt, pepper, mozzarella & spinach with clinch plastic wrap
- Then place it in a vacuum bag.
- Bath the rolled breast
