Reloude chicken breast with cheese & spinach. I use with the skin still intact. This is to make it remain moist even when after searing it.

  1. Cut half the breast.
  2. Smash chicken breast
  3. Roll & wrap the breast with salt, pepper, mozzarella & spinach with clinch plastic wrap
  4. Then place it in a vacuum bag.
  5. Bath the rolled breast
