• 30 oz chicken hearts and gizzards

Directions

1. Combine liver, hears and gizzards and split between two bags
2. Sous vide for 24 hours at 145 F

Finishing Steps

1. When done cool in ice bath
2. Puree until desired consistency
3. Feed to cats
