  1. Pat the chicken gizzards dry and season them
  2. Add in the bacon grease, onion, and garlic paste and vacuum seal
  3. Cook at 156.9 for 36 hours minimum

Finishing Steps

  1. We used flour and pepper to lightly fry these in a cast iron skillet. Only half made it into the skillet. The other half we ate straight out of the bag with no finishing steps.
