Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken gizzards
- 2 tsp minced garlic paste
- Pepper
- 1 onion
- Italian seasoning
- Bacon grease from 1/2 lb bacon minimum
Directions
- Pat the chicken gizzards dry and season them
- Add in the bacon grease, onion, and garlic paste and vacuum seal
- Cook at 156.9 for 36 hours minimum
Finishing Steps
- We used flour and pepper to lightly fry these in a cast iron skillet. Only half made it into the skillet. The other half we ate straight out of the bag with no finishing steps.
