Directions

  1. Generously sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  2. Place them in a Ziplock bag and add lemon juice
  3. Seal the bag with heat sealer or water displacement method
  4. When water bath is at the correct temperature , immerse the bag
  5. Set timer for about 1 hour 15 minutes

Finishing Steps

  1. Fry in a Pan for two minutes each side
