Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
Directions
- Generously sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Place them in a Ziplock bag and add lemon juice
- Seal the bag with heat sealer or water displacement method
- When water bath is at the correct temperature , immerse the bag
- Set timer for about 1 hour 15 minutes
Finishing Steps
- Fry in a Pan for two minutes each side
