Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts skin on
- Weber Kick’n Chicken Seasoning
- Olive Oil
- Mix Mexican Cheese
- (Optional chopped pickled jalapeños and avocado )
Directions
- Set Anova to 57 degrees
- Lightly coat chicken breast with olive oil
- Sprinkle kick’n chicken seasoning on both sides
- Place chicken in your bag and place in the bath for 3 hours
Finishing Steps
- Remove chicken and place in a skillet
- Sear both sides with a culinary torch
- Place chicken on a cutting board
- Cut chicken into slices
- (Optional- cut avocado in to slices and place between the slices of chicken then top with the cut jalapeños)
- Top with cheese
- Melt cheese with culinary torch
- Top with fresh cilantro and serve
