Directions

  1. Set Anova to 57 degrees
  2. Lightly coat chicken breast with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle kick’n chicken seasoning on both sides
  4. Place chicken in your bag and place in the bath for 3 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove chicken and place in a skillet
  2. Sear both sides with a culinary torch
  3. Place chicken on a cutting board
  4. Cut chicken into slices
  5. (Optional- cut avocado in to slices and place between the slices of chicken then top with the cut jalapeños)
  6. Top with cheese
  7. Melt cheese with culinary torch
  8. Top with fresh cilantro and serve
