  1. Preheat the water bath to 63,6 degrees Celsius.
  2. Rub the olive oil on the chicken breast.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, lemon zest.
  4. Put the chicken breast in a vacuum bag with fresh rosemary, thyme and a little butter. Vacuum seal the bag.
  5. Put the chicken in the water bath and set timer to one hour.
  6. After one hour. Take out the chicken and try dabbing them as dry as possible.
  7. Heat some (grapeseed oil) oil and butter in the pan, sear the chicken (about one minute each side), take out, cut it up, ready for serve!
