Ingredients
- McCormick Montreal Chicken Grill Mates Seasoning
- Worcestershire
- Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar
- BBQ sauce of choice. I prefer Blues Hog Original
- Bacon option
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC
- Pre-season chicken prior. Let cook for 1 hour then lightly blot dry with napkin so you don’t remove a lot of the seasoning.
Smokey Mountain BBQ Chicken
- Heat non-stick pan with Olive Oil . Sear and baste chicken with BBQ sauce of choice. DO NOT cook chicken for a prolonged amount of time.
- Smother chicken with cheeses and let melt for just a min or so. Turn off heat and cover
- Optional: Bacon layered after basting with BBQ sauce before adding cheese
