- Quart bags
- 1-2 chicken breast (per bag)
- 1 tbs salt (per bag)
- 1 tbs pepper (per bag)
- 2 tbs olive oil (per bag)
Directions
- Put olive oil, salt, and pepper into as many bags as needed.
- Add thawed chicken Breast to bags then put into water bath.
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 146.5ºF / 63.6ºC.
- Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes
Finishing Steps
- Put chicken Breast in bowl
- Shred chicken to preferred size
