Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
- Put some fresh Salt and pepper on the chicken breast.
- Place it into the bag
- Cut come fresh garlic in place it in to the bag
- Put some olive oil into the bag
- Warm the iron skillet to a sizzle temperature.
- Brown the chicken on all sides
