Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
- Marinade chicken, Italian dressing and garlic cloves smashed in vacuum seal at least 3 hrs
Pan Sear
- Preheat skillet (non stick) add olive oil. Pat dry the breast’s a little then season with Greek Seasoning and Lemon Pepper. Two minutes per side roughly. Golden brown.
