Below is recipe for 1 batch I did three batches shown in this picture. If doing three- use large tub and fill 2/3 fill with water 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup sugar 3 large eggs 2/3 cup buttermilk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Pinch of salt 6 (8-ounce) jars with lids
